Monty's leg is pretty much back to normal now. He seems to be walking fine with no discomfort.

Me on the other hand, that is another story. I woke up Saturday morning with a lot of pain in the left side of my face. My sinuses were really swollen and my left eye and my upper left teeth were killing me. I had all this pressure in my sinuses and I couldn't blow my nose. Nothing was draining. The same thing on Sunday. I had to suffer all weekend until my Dr's office opened on Monday. I was feeling so bad on Sunday I almost went to a walk in clinic. The Dr gave me a bunch of meds and after 24 hours the pain in my left side of my face was 90% gone. Now I am coughing and blowing my nose so at least it's breaking up and coming out. I have 14 days of antibiotics to take and 6 days of some type of steriods. I am hoping I can go back to work tomorrow and Friday but I am coughing so much now I might have to work from home another day. Hopefully after a few more days I will be back to normal.

I have fought sinus issues my whole adult like. Spent several years going to the ENT. Even had sinus surgery and nothing seems to help. However, this was by far the worse sinus pain I have ever had. Thank god for modern medicine!

That sounds crazy, Burch. Get well soon. I was just at my son's (Melbourne) over the weekend. My granddaughter was complaining of sinus problems all weekend. And a sore throat and her ear hurt. She had recently had her tonsils out so it didn't seem to make sense that anything too much was going on.

After I left, my son took her to urgent care. She has a fullblown sinus infection, swimmers ear and a "throat thing." The throat thing has been running rampant through kids the doctor said. Throat doesn't look inflamed but is sore. My other two grandkids had complained of that when they were here a few weeks ago. So now my granddaughter has 3 kinds of meds, steroids for the throat, antibiotics for the infection and drops for her ear. Tested negative for covid.

Hope you get well quickly. No fun being sick.

I am still taking shots everyday and so far so good [emoticon]

Glad to hear everyone is getting help and feeling better. Monty too [emoticon]

Burch, next time you get a chance, would you please post a pic of the new seats. It would be cool to see the difference in the cab area with them in place.

Here are a couple of pictures right after I installed them. I still hadn't straightened out the skirts in the pictures.

Those look great! It looks like they did a really good job. We have the same color on all our seating and it has been trouble free.

Enjoy!

I could have bought new seats for cheaper than getting these reupholstered but the new seats would have had the same cheap material on them. When we bought our motorhome, I said lets buy our last motorhome first so I plan on keeping this motorhome until we are done RVing so I didn't mind spending the money on it.

Speaking of motorhomes, I can't believe the prices now. We purchased ours 5 years ago and similar models to ours now cost $60-$70k more. I am glad we purchased when we did because I couldn't afford it now.

We purchased our TT eight years ago, our used model is now selling for 10k to 20K over what we paid [emoticon] Truck prices are super crazy too, if you can find one.

Those seats sure look comfortable.

I have wanted to upgrade my little 18-year old motorhome with a new(er) Coach House or Leisure Travel. Those are expensive to begin with, but now slightly used ones are selling for 10-20,000 more than people paid for them new. I am not going to jump on that bandwagon. I would pay a good reasonable price, but my little one is running fine. She only has 45,000 miles on her and last year made three trips from Florida to Indiana and at Thanksgiving pulled my trailer from Florida to Texas and back. I decided to have the awning fabric replaced as it was shot and I took off the cracked, peeling decals and put new ones on. She looks great again. And I do have a lot of interest in buying her. No wonder as she is 22' and gets about 13-15 mph. But I'm keeping her for now. Plan to do more camping in/around Florida from now on.

But we are getting ready to leave in another week or so to head to Indiana again for graduations. I just had her at my mechanics and had a few maintenance items taken care of. My mechanic said they are just items that were wearing due to age. I'm glad he looks her over so good.

Safe travels everyone!

Dale
