[emoticon] Several years ago we took our vacation in Feb at Disney World. Florida had a cold snap during our visit. We had traveled from Indiana in our motorhome and of course had our winter coats. It was interesting walking around Disney with the fountains frozen and people shivering, buying up every hoodie available. We were nice and toasty in our coats.

Good morning everyone. I bought a surprise gift for my son in law for Christmas. I bought him a Daisy Red Ryder BB gun like the one in the Christmas story and I bought the leg lamp for daughter Allison, She said she would put in on the table in front of the window where all the neighbors could see it. SO it is not a practical gift by any means but it will be a laugh when they open their gifts Christmas morning. There will be a note in the box with the BB gun saying. Don't shoot your eye out. Granddaughter Holly got some good news Monday. The doctor told Holy he was 90 percent sure the mass attached to her ovary is not cancer but a benign Cyst. Okay I need to go so I will say good bye wishing everyone a blessed day. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them.

We still have some snow on the ground but you can see the grass in about 60% of the yard. The sun is shining and temp is in the 50's today and more tomorrow. Then it turns cold and wet again.

It looks like the next storm coming from the west will miss us. Dr. Doug you may not be so lucky the way it was tracking.

We're currently in the upper 40s so we'll get rain the tonight and tomorrow. Possible flurries towards Christmas, but temperatures are hovering around 30 and a little above. I don't think we'll have a white Christmas.

It's supposed to hit 80 here today in Florida. We have had a cool few weeks but warming up today.

I hope everyone is doing well.

Good evening everyone. Dale I am so sorry to heard of your loss. I have been fighting battles of my own lately. I have been in and out if the hospital lately. They still haven't figured out exactly what Is going on with me. My blood pressure will drop suddenly and I will collapse. The last doctor has come up with the fact that the medicine I take for Parkinson is interacting with my blood pressure pills and causes a sudden drop in blood pressure. I have been told not to drive for the next six months. Our son Bill has moved in with us from Portland. Don't know how long he will be with us. But it looks as if it will be a long stay. Six months or longer. We have taken in another cat. HIs name is FLuff. He is a real charmer. Such a love sponge. Never in my life have I seen a cat that was a love sponge, but he is just that. Sue is doing well, I am hanging in there for the time being. I have good days and bad days. I never know what to expect until I get up and start moving around. My legs don't work right. My doctor says it is the Parkinson that is causing this problem. I am having a problem with simple tasks. I can't get my mind to comprehend what it is I want to do. I can read something and s moment later I can't tell you what I have read. OH well it is what it is. I need to get to bed so I will close for now wishing everyone a blessed day. BE sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them. Merry Christmas and god Bless all of you,

Richard, I am so sorry you are going through all this. Hopefully the doctors can get a handle on your problems and plot a course of treatment that will be beneficial to you.

I sold Phaeton Place yesterday. It has been my mission since I arrived back in Florida to get her emptied and cleaned inside and out and sold. She is too much coach for me and while I had no problems handling the driving, etc., we all know that is only a small part of RVing. Towing was too problematic with my arthritic hands and I don't want to tow anymore. I had one person who strung me along with buying it. He wanted it delivered 2 hours away. . . just a lot of stupid delays. They did come look at it and paid to have it inspected, but I finally told them to get lost. Another man had contacted me. He drove down from Alabama over the weekend and yesterday morning did a walk through and had the $$ wire to my account. That went very smoothly and in the afternoon, I helped him get the coach and his toad over to a local campground 4 miles away so he could regroup. He brought his own towbar because mine didn't match up to his baseplate. He came totally prepared to get everything ready. Such a difference. He is very happy with the coach and has a friend who is a CAT mechanic who will do the maintenance on the engine. It seemed like a match made in heaven. I am keeping MinnieMee for now, but my intention is to sell or trade her for something like a Leisure Travel Van. I won't be towing, still RVing, and will be able to drive to Indiana to visit Mom in comfort whenever this Covid stuff is gone.

I cried when I drove her the last time, but I told my son, that was better than crying because she didn't sell. LOL She drives like a dream and I'm sure the buyer will enjoy her for several years. I threw in a lot of freebies: water softener, 30' 50A extension cord, Patriot Brake, water filters, macerator, macerator hose, spare tire, hoses, etc. But he gave me $5000 more than the other guy offered and I have no use for those items. Don't need the money I might get from them at a yard sale, so I just kept throwing things in. I have no regrets. From when I got back to Florida, I got her cleaned out and sold in six weeks. I couldn't be happier. . . unless I still had my copilot!

Blessings to all. Stay healthy and covid free!

College Football playoffs are set. Rematch Ohio State and Clemson in the sugar bowl.
Alabama and Notre Dame in the Rose Bowl to be played in Texas not Pasadena.

Go Buckeyes!

Could be very interesting, so much depends on COVID. Who will be out and who will be available to play. The football season even as it has been, has been a welcome distraction from everyday events.

The Buckeyes sure did overwhelm Northwestern in the 2nd half, and Clemson just destroyed the Irish.
