We now use a rear stabilizer bar when we are parked at a site, but still experience some movement. Any additional ideas to stop swaying?

I recently installed JT Strongarms, they make a huge difference. It would be worth your time to take a look at them or a similar product.

We also use JT Strongarm stabilizers. Used a tripod for a while before installing the JTs. JTs are much better at stopping the movement.

Do you use a chock between the trailer tires?- If you put something in the middle of both sets of tires like the Roto-chocks- that usually helps

My tripod stabilizer does a great job of stopping movement. I’ve tried setting up without it, and the difference was very noticeable. If I push on a corner of the front cap before the tripod is set up, I get a lot of movement. If I push again after it is set up, I get no movement. When used together with my Rotochoks and rear stabilizers, my 5er is rock solid. (Please note that for the tripod to work effectively, it must be set up according to the manufacturer’s instructions, including correct positioning of the legs and lowering enough weight onto it. I think that may be why some don’t find them effective.) Having said that, if I had it to do over again, I would strongly consider the JT’s Strong-Arms. The raves they get on this forum are impossible to ignore.
